Applicable Animals:
Cattle, pigs, sheep, goats, horses, dogs, cats, poultry (chicken, ducks, turkeys), camels, rabbits, other domestic and farm animals globally.
Dosage and Administration:
Cattle/Horses/Camels:
1st phase (Calves/foals up to 6 months): 10–20 mg/kg body weight, intramuscular or slow intravenous injection
Adult: 10–25 mg/kg body weight, intramuscular or slow intravenous injection
Sheep/Goats:
All ages: 10–20 mg/kg body weight, intramuscular injection
Pigs:
Piglets: 10 mg/kg body weight
Adults: 20–25 mg/kg body weight
Dogs/Cats:
10–20 mg/kg body weight, intramuscular or slow intravenous injection
Poultry/Rabbits/Small Animals:
10–20 mg/kg body weight, intramuscular injection
*Dosage interval: Every 8–12 hours; maximum 2–3 times daily, as needed.
Always follow veterinary advice and local regulations.
Indications and Symptoms:
Relieve fever (pyrexia of unknown origin, high body temperature)
Moderate to severe pain (colic, trauma, surgery, arthritis, myalgia)
Supportive therapy in infections with high fever
Precautions:
Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Use with care in animals with kidney, liver, or blood disorders.
Avoid intra-arterial injection in horses.
Ensure sterile administration.
Keep out of reach of children.
Contraindications:
Allergy/sensitivity to pyrazolone derivatives or Analgin (Metamizole).
Severe liver or renal insufficiency.
Bone marrow suppression (pre-existing blood disorders).
Do not use in animals for food production in certain jurisdictions as per local residue limits.
Post-medication Care:
Monitor animals for signs of allergic reactions or side effects (e.g., shock, dyspnea, blood dyscrasia).
Provide plenty of fresh water.
Observe animals for improvement; consult veterinarian for unresolved cases.
In case of overdose or adverse event, apply symptomatic and supportive treatment.
