Applicable Animals:
Cattle, horses, sheep, goats, pigs, dogs, cats, other domestic and farm animals globally.
Dosage and Administration:
Cattle/Horses:
5-10 ml/kg body weight, intravenous, administer slowly
Sheep/Goats:
1-2 ml/kg body weight, intravenous or subcutaneous
Pigs/Dogs/Cats:
1-2 ml/kg body weight, intravenous or subcutaneous
Dosage may be adjusted as needed under veterinary guidance.
Indications and Symptoms:
Treatment of hypocalcemia
Support in cases of milk fever in cattle
Calcium supplementation in various deficiency states
Precautions:
Administer slowly to avoid cardiac issues.
Avoid extravascular injection.
