Applicable Animals:

Cattle, swine, sheep, goats, horses, camels, alpacas, llamas, poultry (chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, quail), rabbits, and other livestock. This product is also used in companion animals like dogs and cats under veterinary guidance (general veterinary knowledge).

Dosage and Administration:

Cattle, horses: 4–6 mg/kg body weight by intramuscular or slow intravenous injection, once or twice daily for 3–5 days.
Swine, sheep, goats: 4–8 mg/kg body weight by intramuscular injection, once or twice daily for 3–5 days.
Poultry, rabbits: 5–8 mg/kg body weight by intramuscular injection, once daily for 3–5 days.
Dogs, cats: 4–6 mg/kg body weight by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection, once daily for 3–7 days.
Use dosage adjustment for young or lactating animals under veterinary instruction (general veterinary knowledge).
Indications and Symptoms:

Used to treat bacterial infections caused by gram-negative and some gram-positive bacteria susceptible to gentamycin, including respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, septicemia, enteritis, skin and soft tissue infections.

Precautions:

Shake well before use.
Use only under veterinary prescription; do not exceed the recommended dose.
Strictly observe withdrawal periods for meat and milk.
Avoid concurrent use with other nephrotoxic or ototoxic agents.
Contraindications:

Do not administer to animals with known hypersensitivity to aminoglycosides.
Contraindicated in animals with renal dysfunction, hearing impairment, or during pregnancy unless specifically advised by a veterinarian.
Care After Medication:

Monitor for signs of nephrotoxicity or ototoxicity such as decreased urine output, hearing loss, or balance issues. Ensure animals have adequate hydration. Contact a veterinarian promptly if adverse effects occur.
